We serve a variety of original equipment manufacturers in the aerospace, defense and oil & gas industries.
Our specialties are in complex parts designed for high performance such as space flight and down-hole tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements (ISO standards) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Maintain documentation of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders - Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role preferred - Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and performing accurate measurements (calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, height gages) - Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications - Knowledge of quality systems and principles, including ISO Standards is a plus - Familiarity with the use of a CMM is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Hourly rate for pay is dependent on experience.
