Prior insurance experience and a valid, Oklahoma Insurance License would be ideal but we are willing to train the right candidate for the job while providing pre-licensure courses and exam costs.
Excellent people-skills (on phone, in person and over email) are a must.
Candidates should be comfortable using basic technology such as email, internet, text-messaging, Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel or equivalents.
We are open Monday thru Friday 8:
30 am to 5:
00 pm but are willing to be flexible in terms of hours worked.
We observe most all National Holidays on a paid-basis.
A well-qualified candidate would cause us to consider a hybrid work-schedule (at home & in office).
Job duties to include answering the phone, helping existing clients with their service needs regarding their insurance policies, assisting new clients with quotes in an effort to gain their business, receiving & disbursing premium payments, some light janitorial duties (taking out the trash, vacuuming periodically, dusting, etc) for your immediate and the common areas.
Best of all, we allow all of our employees the opportunity to cultivate their own book of business.
Once licensed, or if a license is already possessed, you are free to prospect your own clients on your own time and we offer a very generous commission split making your compensation uncapped.
We cultivate a quiet, friendly, laid-back atmosphere.
This position would be one of just three full-time positions in the building at any one time.
